The 3300 Series is our own vinyl profile, welded at every corner and glazed here in Monroe on our own Cardinal Glass line. Color runs all the way through the extrusion, so the black units still look black years down the road. Six series in all, from residential single hung to impact rated, quoted to the rough opening.

What we build

Double hung built and glazed in Monroe, Georgia.

Tucker builds the double hung vinyl and PVC series in Monroe, Georgia, and glazes them in house on a Cardinal Glass line. The person you call about a size, a shape, or a date can walk out to the line and look at your order.

The single hung series are different: those are built to our specification by partners and sold under our name, which is how the light commercial and impact rated grades stay affordable. The double hung comes off our own floor. Units are quoted to the rough opening, in white and black, across seven operating styles, for new construction and replacement work. When only the sash has failed, we build a kit to fit the frame that is already in the wall.

Three vinyl and PVC double hung series.

Double hung is the base unit on all three, and every one also runs as a stationary or fixed window, a transom, and the twenty one architectural shapes further down. If the job calls for a wood sash instead, that is the wood window line.

The 3300 Series is a Tucker designed vinyl frame of our own profile, welded at every corner and rated for impact. The other two series share a common frame with different sash options.

Extruded color runs all the way through the profile, with co‑extruded cap stock on the black units. Painted vinyl chalks and fades, and that callback lands on you. This one still looks black years down the road.

What makes it different
The frame Tucker designed proprietary vinyl profile, AAMA approved and impact resistant. 4‑9/16 in. depth, true slope sill, integral brick mould, J‑channel and interior accessory grooves. Pre‑punched 1‑1/4 in. nailing fin at a 1‑1/4 in. setback, or no fin on J‑channel.
The sash 6/4 vinyl sash, double wall glazed, four fusion welded corners. Dual weather stripped horizontal rails, triple weather stripped vertical stiles, integral interlocks on the meeting rails, and constant force coil balances.
The glass Cardinal Low‑E 270 11/16 in. insulated glass as standard, 366 and argon optional, glazed on our own line here.
The ratings Optional AAMA DP50 performance upgrade. Florida Product Approval FL16497 and FL16498. Taller sizes meet egress.

Built to our specification by partners. One sash operates instead of two, and each series runs a matching picture window on the same profile. Same 3‑1/4 in. vinyl frame across all three, stepping up from residential to light commercial to impact rated.

Eight window configurations available in the 3300 Series.

The series identifies the window’s construction and materials, while the configuration describes how the units are arranged within the opening. The 3300 Series is available in operating, fixed, and combination configurations, including singles, twins, triples, flankers, and transoms. Refer to the individual spec sheets for configurations available in Tucker’s other window series.

Double hung single Both sashes operate and tilt in, so the glass gets cleaned from inside. The most specified unit in the line.
Double hung twin Two units mulled together in one frame, up to 6‑0 wide overall. One rough opening, one install.
Double hung triple Three mulled units, up to 9‑0 wide overall. The whole wall of glass arrives as one assembly.
Stationary single Does not open. All glass, no meeting rail across the middle, for the view the builder is paying for.
Sash set Reads like a double hung from the street but neither sash operates. Available as singles, twins, and triples.
Continuous transom A single transom running the full width of a combination unit, rather than one stacked over each window.
Flankers Narrow operating units set either side of a wider fixed center. Light and air without breaking up the view.
Transom A short fixed unit above a window or a door, 12 to 36 inches tall. Adds height without changing the opening below.

Sizes shown are the 3300 Series. Singles range from 1‑8 to 3‑4 wide; twins are sized by overall width, 3‑4 to 6‑0. Heights run 3‑0 to 6‑0 on both, and the taller sizes meet egress. The 2200 PVC and 2300 vinyl sash series run their own chart: widths 1‑8 to 3‑8 and heights 3‑2 to 6‑2 on double hung singles, with egress marked separately. Outside of jamb and rough opening dimensions for every size are on the sizing sheets, and anything off the chart is a phone call.

What dealers ask us.

Mostly. The 3300 Series vinyl line and Tucker wood windows are built in house in Monroe, Georgia and glazed on an in‑house Cardinal Glass line. A few high volume units are built to Tucker specification by partners and sold under the Tucker name.

Yes. The 1600 Series is an impact grade vinyl single hung with Cardinal LoE3-366 laminated impact glass, an aluminum reinforced sash and an integral nail fin, tested to ASTM E1886 and E1996, rated STC 36 and OITC 30, with Florida Product Approval FL46607 single hung, FL46606 picture and FL46574 mulling.

On the single hung series, 2850 units comply with first floor egress openings and 3050 units comply with second floor egress openings. On the double hung series the taller sizes meet egress, and the sizing sheets mark wood, PVC and vinyl egress sizes separately.

Double hung has two operating sashes that both tilt in for cleaning. Single hung operates the bottom sash only and costs less. Tucker builds five double hung series, the 1100, 2100, 2200, 2300 and 3300, and three single hung series, the 1400, 1550 and 1600, which is where the light commercial and impact rated grades live.

Double hung and stationary units as singles, twins and triples, plus sash sets, flankers, continuous transoms on combination units and standalone transoms. All are quoted to the rough opening rather than picked from a fixed size chart.

Twelve stationary shapes in the 3300 Series: half round from 24 to 80 inches; extended half round, full round, oval, ellipse and eyebrow from 30 to 72 inches; quarter round, gothic, octagon and hexagon from 24 to 60 inches; trapezoid from 25 to 75 inches; and triangle from 35 to 75 inches. Circle heads, arch and segmented arch transoms, clip trapezoids and pentoids run on the wood and PVC series.

Five series. Traditional Series 2100 uses a primed wood sash, Timeless Series 2200 uses a PVC sash, Modern Series 2300 uses a vinyl sash, and the 3300 Series is the full double hung vinyl unit. All four share a 6/4 wide stile sash, Cardinal Low‑E 270 insulated glass, full 4‑9/16 inch jambs and tilt in sashes.

Yes. Florida Product Approval FL16497 and FL16498 cover the Tucker double hung window line.

Yes. Tucker builds new construction flange units, replacement units that fit an existing frame, and sash replacement kits for when the frame stays and only the sash is coming out.

A new sash and balance system built to fit a window frame that is still sound. The existing frame, trim and siding stay in place, which makes it the least invasive way to replace failed glass or worn balances.

The 3300 Series is built in white and black.
